Join us for a hands-on, three-hour roasting experience hosted at Kaffirost’s coffee roastery.
The session begins with an engaging introduction to coffee’s origins and a guided cupping of carefully selected single-origin coffees. You’ll then dive deeper into the craft of roasting and flavour development with award-winning roaster Aaron Torres, gaining insight into how each variable shapes the cup.
Afterwards, the group will choose two or three of the cupped coffees and work together to design a unique blend, which you’ll roast collaboratively under expert guidance. To finish, every attendee will take home 2 bags of their own one-of-a-kind coffee.
