The bar is fully self-contained, only requiring access to power, and run by a professional barista with a background in coffee training and education.

There are a number of choices on how we can set up the coffee bar for your event:

Like any cafe, guests order and pay for drinks at the bar. Low setup cost for the event and guests only pay for what they have.
Ideal for public events, markets, festivals and more.

Service is offered on a simple pre-paid basis, meaning guests enjoy great coffee with no tills, queues or awkward payments on the day - just excellent drinks and a smooth experience from start to finish.
Ideal for weddings, corporate events, launches, private functions and more.

You pay a lower base fee than the ‘Flat Fee’ option and we agree on a revenue share percentage while still taking payments through the till.
Perhaps you are unsure of the footfall at your event but want to offer a premium experience for attendees. This option provides a lower upfront cost for you and means we both benefit from a busy day.
Ideal for collaborative events or when you want to showcase your own products.
