What if I have booked a session but now I can’t make it?
We understand that sometimes things happen that can’t be avoided. If you are unable to attend a session that you have already paid for, we will always be happy to reschedule for the next convenient time for you. If we are unable to reschedule for any particular reason then, in most cases, we would happy to provide a full refund. If a session is cancelled at a very late stage and this incurs a cost on our behalf, such as travel expenses, then this may be deducted from any refund.
I want to attend an espresso and milk class but I don’t have an espresso machine. Can I still partake?
Yes! Lots of people want to see if they like making espresso and steaming milk before they buy a machine. You may even be looking for a recommendation for a machine and/or grinder, which we happy to advise on. We have a number of machines available that you can use in our sessions, we can discuss this before or after booking to make sure we know what needs to be provided for the session.
I am lactose intolerant - can I still attend the latte art class?
We can use any kind of milk or dairy alternative that you would like. With dairy alternatives, it is always advised to use the ‘barista’ versions to ensure that they are suitable for steaming with your espresso machine. We will do whatever possible to ensure that you are not exposed to any dairy, just make sure that you let us know when booking.
I want to book a corporate experience for my team. Do I need any coffee equipment at the office for you to run this kind of session?
We can provide all and any equipment needed for a corporate experience. We can provide the coffee beans, milk, grinders, coffee machines, cupping bowls, spoons, etc.
All we need from you is a space that is big enough for the number of people attending, power for our kettles, grinders or espresso machines (depending on the kind of experience) and a group enthusiastic people!
